Roll Notes: 2008 P Quarter Arizona Cactus Die Chip
Quarter found in a bank wrapped roll December 2025. Large interior die chip on the reverse from the base of the cactus and extending over the top of the designer’s initials.

These types of interior die chips aren’t (I don’t think) formally cataloged. Examples are found on eBay and other online marketplaces, suggesting it is a known die chip. This type of interior die chip is sometimes referred to by collectors as an “extra leaf,” though it is not a formally attributed variety.

No die errors found on obverse or reverse. Coin shows normal circulation wear.
